My homie is stuck on a boat. Seems like that's the issue with everyone. Nireeka needs to find a better shipping method.
Just wondering what year bike you purchased is it recent also I am thinking of purchasing a homie but cannot find unbiased reviews of any kind and the California branch is permanently closed. If you will anyone has any information please feel free to contact me .firstname.lastname@example.org or phone or text 401-644-1962 thank you
We purchased two Homies in September 2018, received the 1st in December 2019 and the 2nd in March 2020. Long wait, but was worth it. The bike drives wonderful. Some little upgrade were necessary though. The round handlebars are not really comfortable. Also upgrade te brakes from 160mm to 203mm. Was a bit tricky, but works fine. A 46tooth chainring will give you more comfortable and speedy riding. Nireeka should have the shipment process under better control. But do not expect it to arrive in just a few weeks.
My Homie is only 2 months old and I am liking it. If I had $5000 to spend on a bike it wouldn’t be this bike. But for the price it’s worth it. The 1000 watt motor starts fast if you start to pedal and it kicks in to help. But I adjusted some settings that someone else said to do and it gave me more top speed. And then I changed the chainring to 48 teeth and that made a big difference. I can now pedal with the motor assist up to 24 mph and motor only it goes 34.5 mph now!
