I just unpacked my Homie and made the following observations:
I ordered the 1000 Watt motor: it should come with 203mm brake rotors. Rear is 203mm, front is 160mm. What sense does this make? Why is it not 203mm in the front? This was not communicated...
Switching on the Battery and ND-32 Display show communication error. So no communication to the motor. How can I solve the problem? EDIT: after removing a cover, I found that at a 8-pin-connector, one blue wire is not attached. EDIT2: attached / soldered the blue wire. PAS not working, Thumb throttle sometimes working, only a bit. Indicated speed on display is like double the real speed, wheel size setting is not influencing the indicated speed. With zero speed and use of thumb throttle, motor phase error is indicating. What are the correct settings for the 1000 Watt motor?
Front fork is the upgraded magnesium air fork. Fork and hub should be 110mm (boost) x 15mm. This is not the case, it is 100mm only, and it is not 15mm thick, but for the much thinner Quick Release.
In the chat, I asked for the settings in the ND-32 Display for the 1000 Watt motor. It was said that the Homie comes already set up correctly. This is not the case: in display, wheel is set to 26 inch, in advance setup, max current is set to 50 A: this would burn the motor or cables, isn't it? What setup for motorpoles etc should I use?
The rear wheel has almost no clearance to the frame on its right side, and more than a centimeter on the left side. Is the wheel not mounted straight? At the hub, there are no adjustments that can be made...
Front Mud Guard: When braking, the front fork dives in, and the frame presses on the mud guard which then rattles on the tire.
Bottleholder: was included, but the 2 screws to mount it on the frame are missing.
