It would be great to have NFC sticker for the phone holder so it could run the app when the phone is inserted.

It's normally like 12 cents per piece but it would be a nice add on to the entire smart e-bike package.
Can iPhones respond to NFC stickers by starting an App?
yes with app shortcuts
That I don't know. I know Android can do it with no problems and I use NFC stickers for different purposes
